“Do Not Track” refers to a web browser setting that a user can enable that ends a signal to each website that a user visits on the internet. This signal is intended to inform websites that a particular user does not want his/her activity to be tracked across the internet. We respect the privacy of our users and their choice to enable “Do Not Track”; however, the standards for implementation vary from browser to browser and the internet industry groups have not settled on what exactly “Do Not Track” means for site owners and users. Furthermore, there is currently no method of electing “Do Not Track” on mobile applications. Currently, most internet companies, including Live Venues, do not modify the behavior of their apps or websites upon receipt of “Do Not Track” requests. and accordingly, by using the Service, you expressly agree that Live Venues may track such activity.
